Universal Homoeopathic Research Laboratory ("UHRL", "we", "us") is a homoeopathic medicine manufacturer established in 1986, operating under manufacturing licence HL-600 M at 50(259) Bisharpara, Kolkata - 700158, West Bengal, India.

This policy explains what personal information we handle in connection with this website and the enquiries that come through it, and how you can reach us about it.

2. This website does not sell online

This site is a product catalogue and a trade enquiry channel. It has no shopping cart, no checkout, no account registration, and no on-site enquiry form. We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or delivery addresses through this website.

Every contact route on the site is a direct one — a phone link, a WhatsApp link, or an email link — which opens your own phone, messaging app, or mail client.

3. Information you choose to give us

When you call, send a WhatsApp message, or email us, we receive whatever you include in that conversation. Typically that is:

• Your name and the business you represent
• Your phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address
• Your city, territory, or business type — doctor, distributor, or retailer
• The products, pack sizes, or categories you are asking about
• Any documents or details you send us in the course of a trade discussion

4. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects a limited amount of technical information as you browse:

• Analytics data through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring website, device type, and browser. This is used in aggregate to understand which products and categories people look for.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include your IP address, the time of the request, and the page requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
• Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.

5. Cookies

8. Third-party services and links

WhatsApp links on this site open WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta. Messages you send there are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one. The same applies to Google Analytics and Google Fonts, which are governed by Google's privacy policy.

Where the site links to an external page, such as our Google Business Profile, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of that site.

9. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship or the discussion is active, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep commercial and manufacturing records under applicable law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

You may ask us to delete correspondence that we are not legally required to retain.

10. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are held on access-controlled systems and are seen only by the people who need them to answer you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information — identity documents, health records, or financial details — through WhatsApp or email unless we have specifically asked for it.
